Bethnal Green to our office is 1.1 miles — south down Cambridge Heath Road, then left onto Mile End Road.
From E2 the journey is a single turn. Cambridge Heath Road runs south from Bethnal Green and meets the A11 at the point where Whitechapel Road becomes Mile End Road. Turn left there and we are a short distance along on the left.
It is close enough to walk in about 20 minutes, and the walk down Globe Road avoids the traffic on Cambridge Heath Road entirely.

Driving from Bethnal Green
- From Bethnal Green Road or the station, head south on Cambridge Heath Road (A107).
- Continue south past Bethnal Green Gardens and the museum.
- At the junction with the A11, turn left onto Mile End Road heading east.
- Pass Stepney Green Underground station on your left.
- Suda House, 100 Mile End Road, is on the left shortly after.
About 5 minutes by car in clear traffic; allow 10 to 15 at peak times on Cambridge Heath Road.
ULEZ and the Congestion Charge. Our office sits inside the Ultra Low Emission Zone, so a non-compliant vehicle pays the daily ULEZ charge. It is outside the Congestion Charge zone, which ends well to the west of us, so you do not pay the Congestion Charge to visit us. Check your registration on the Transport for London site if you are unsure whether your vehicle meets the ULEZ standard.

Bethnal Green is on the Central line, one stop from Mile End, from which it is about a ten minute walk west along Mile End Road. Alternatively the District and Hammersmith & City lines from Bethnal Green’s Overground station connect via Whitechapel to Stepney Green.
Neither Bethnal Green nor Stepney Green is step-free. Whitechapel is, and is an easy interchange with a short bus ride to finish.

By bus
The D3 links Bethnal Green directly to Mile End Road and the Limehouse direction. The 106 and 254 run down Cambridge Heath Road towards Whitechapel, where you can pick up the 25 east.

Coming down Cambridge Heath Road, the streets immediately east of the junction with Mile End Road often have space. As across Tower Hamlets, bays alternate between pay-by-phone and residents’ permits — check the sign before you walk away.

Yes, comfortably — about 20 to 25 minutes. Going down Globe Road rather than Cambridge Heath Road is quieter and brings you out on Mile End Road close to the office.
