Canary Wharf to our office is 2.6 miles — about 15 minutes by tube and a short walk, or 15 to 20 minutes by car.
Most of our Canary Wharf clients never come to the office at all: contracts, share scheme statements and tax returns move perfectly well by email and video call. But the journey is short if you want a face-to-face meeting.
By tube it is a straightforward hop with one change. By car, the route runs north from the estate onto the A13 and then up Burdett Road to Mile End Road.

By car
Driving from Canary Wharf
- Leave the estate northbound and join Aspen Way (A1261) heading west.
- Continue onto East India Dock Road (A13) towards Limehouse.
- At Limehouse, turn right onto Burdett Road (A1205) heading north.
- At the top of Burdett Road, turn right onto Mile End Road.
- Suda House, 100 Mile End Road, is on the left just past Stepney Green station.
About 12 minutes by car in clear traffic; allow 20 to 25 at rush hour, when both the A13 and the exits from the estate are slow.
ULEZ and the Congestion Charge. Our office sits inside the Ultra Low Emission Zone, so a non-compliant vehicle pays the daily ULEZ charge. It is outside the Congestion Charge zone, which ends well to the west of us, so you do not pay the Congestion Charge to visit us. Check your registration on the Transport for London site if you are unsure whether your vehicle meets the ULEZ standard.
Public transport
By Underground and rail
The quickest route is the Jubilee line to Canada Water or the DLR to Limehouse, then across to the District or Hammersmith & City line for Stepney Green. Reckon on about 20 to 25 minutes door to door including the walk.
Canary Wharf is fully step-free. Stepney Green is not, so if you need level access, come via Whitechapel on the Elizabeth line — two stops from Canary Wharf — and take a bus east along Mile End Road.
Buses
By bus
The D3 links the Isle of Dogs to Mile End Road directly, which avoids changing trains altogether. It is slower than the tube but drops you close to the door.

Parking near the office
Parking here is street-based rather than a car park, and considerably cheaper than the estate. Try the residential streets north of Mile End Road around Stepney Green; check the plate on the post, as pay-by-phone and permit bays sit side by side.

What is the fastest route from Canary Wharf?
The Elizabeth line to Whitechapel is the quickest single leg — two stops — then a bus or an 8 minute walk east along Mile End Road. Total door to door is usually around 20 minutes.
Do I need to come in at all?
No. Almost all our E14 contractor and consultant clients work with us entirely remotely, with documents by email or shared folder and everything signed electronically. The office is there if you would prefer to meet.
