Directions from the City of London to Our Office
The City to our office is 1.3 miles east — one straight road out through Aldgate and Whitechapel.
From the Square Mile the route east is simple: Aldgate High Street becomes Whitechapel High Street, then Whitechapel Road, then Mile End Road. It is the same road the whole way, and we are on it at number 100.
Worth knowing before you drive: the City is inside the Congestion Charge zone and we are not, so a journey out to us leaves the charging area rather than entering it.

By car
Driving from City of London
- From the City, head east on Aldgate High Street.
- Continue onto Whitechapel High Street and then Whitechapel Road (A11).
- Pass the Royal London Hospital and continue east.
- Whitechapel Road becomes Mile End Road at the Cambridge Heath Road junction.
- Suda House, 100 Mile End Road, is on the left just past Stepney Green station.
Around 18 minutes by car. The A11 through Aldgate and Whitechapel is one of the slowest corridors in east London during the working day, which is why the Elizabeth line is the better call.
ULEZ and the Congestion Charge. Our office sits inside the Ultra Low Emission Zone, so a non-compliant vehicle pays the daily ULEZ charge. It is outside the Congestion Charge zone, which ends well to the west of us, so you do not pay the Congestion Charge to visit us. Check your registration on the Transport for London site if you are unsure whether your vehicle meets the ULEZ standard.
Public transport
By Underground and rail
The Elizabeth line from Liverpool Street to Whitechapel is one stop and takes about three minutes; from there it is a bus or an 8 minute walk east. Alternatively the Hammersmith & City or District line from Aldgate East runs to Stepney Green, five minutes from the door.
Liverpool Street and Whitechapel are both step-free. Stepney Green is not — so for level access, use the Elizabeth line to Whitechapel and finish by bus.
Buses
By bus
The 25 runs east from the City along the whole length of the A11 and stops close to the office. No changes, and it is often no slower than the tube once you count the walk at each end.

Parking near the office
Driving from the City is rarely worth it for a mile and a bit, but if you do, the residential streets north of Mile End Road are the place to look. Parking here is considerably cheaper than anything in EC postcodes.

Getting here from City of London
Do I pay the Congestion Charge to visit you?
No. The Congestion Charge zone covers central London and ends well to the west of Mile End Road. Driving from the City out to us means leaving the zone, not entering it. Our office is inside the ULEZ, which now covers nearly all of Greater London.
Why would a City business use an East London firm?
Usually cost and access. You get a named accountant who answers the phone, at a fee structure that is not carrying a Square Mile rent, fifteen minutes from your desk. For owner-managed businesses and contractors that trade-off is an easy one.
