Dagenham to our office is a direct District line run to Stepney Green, or around 35 to 45 minutes on the A13.
Dagenham is the furthest of the areas on this list, but the journey is simpler than the distance suggests: Dagenham Heathway is on the District line and so is Stepney Green, so it is one train the whole way.
If you are driving, the A13 runs west more or less door to door, though it is a slow road at peak times and you will be on it for most of the trip.

Driving from Dagenham
- From Dagenham, join the A13 heading west.
- Stay on the A13 through Barking, Beckton and Canning Town.
- At Limehouse, turn right onto Burdett Road (A1205) heading north.
- At the top of Burdett Road, turn right onto Mile End Road heading east.
- Suda House, 100 Mile End Road, is on the left shortly past Stepney Green station.
About 31 minutes by car on a clear A13; allow 45 or more in the morning rush.
ULEZ and the Congestion Charge. Our office sits inside the Ultra Low Emission Zone, so a non-compliant vehicle pays the daily ULEZ charge. It is outside the Congestion Charge zone, which ends well to the west of us, so you do not pay the Congestion Charge to visit us. Check your registration on the Transport for London site if you are unsure whether your vehicle meets the ULEZ standard.

District line from Dagenham Heathway direct to Stepney Green — around 30 minutes, no changes — then five minutes on foot. c2c from Dagenham Dock to Limehouse and a bus north is a faster alternative if the timing works.
Stepney Green is not step-free. For level access, continue to Whitechapel, which is, and take the 25 bus back east along Mile End Road.

Is it worth travelling in from Dagenham at all?
