Ilford to our office is around ten minutes on the Elizabeth line to Whitechapel, then a short bus or walk.
The Elizabeth line changed this journey completely. Ilford to Whitechapel is a handful of stops and about ten minutes, and Whitechapel Road runs directly into Mile End Road from there.
By car it is a different story: the A118 through Manor Park, Forest Gate and Stratford is one of the slower routes into east London. The train wins comfortably.

Driving from Ilford
- From Ilford High Road, head west on Romford Road (A118).
- Continue through Manor Park and Forest Gate towards Stratford.
- Join the A11 at Stratford High Street and continue through the Bow Roundabout.
- Follow Bow Road west as it becomes Mile End Road, past Mile End station.
- Suda House, number 100, is on the right shortly before Stepney Green station.
About 26 minutes by car; allow 35 to 45 in either rush hour on the A118.
ULEZ and the Congestion Charge. Our office sits inside the Ultra Low Emission Zone, so a non-compliant vehicle pays the daily ULEZ charge. It is outside the Congestion Charge zone, which ends well to the west of us, so you do not pay the Congestion Charge to visit us. Check your registration on the Transport for London site if you are unsure whether your vehicle meets the ULEZ standard.

Elizabeth line from Ilford to Whitechapel takes around ten minutes. From Whitechapel, the 25 bus east along Mile End Road stops close to the office, or it is an 8 minute walk.
Ilford and Whitechapel are both step-free, so this route works throughout for anyone who needs level access. Stepney Green, the closest station to us, is not step-free.

The 25 runs the entire way from Ilford along the A118 and A11 to Mile End Road with no changes. It is a long ride but it drops you within a couple of minutes of the door.

Arriving from the east on the A11, the residential streets north of Mile End Road past Stepney Green are the easiest place to find a bay. Check the plate on the nearest post — some are permit-only.
