Driving follows the A11 the whole way — Stratford High Street becomes Bow Road becomes Mile End Road. One road, no turns, but slow through Bow at peak times.

By car
Driving from Stratford
- From Stratford, head south-west on Stratford High Street (A11).
- Continue through the Bow Roundabout, staying on the A11 onto Bow Road.
- Pass Mile End station on your right as Bow Road becomes Mile End Road.
- Suda House, number 100, is on the right heading west, shortly before Stepney Green station.
- Cambridge Heath Road is the next major junction if you overshoot.
About 19 minutes by car; allow 25 to 30 when the Bow Roundabout is backed up.
ULEZ and the Congestion Charge. Our office sits inside the Ultra Low Emission Zone, so a non-compliant vehicle pays the daily ULEZ charge. It is outside the Congestion Charge zone, which ends well to the west of us, so you do not pay the Congestion Charge to visit us. Check your registration on the Transport for London site if you are unsure whether your vehicle meets the ULEZ standard.

The Central line from Stratford to Mile End is two stops and takes about five minutes, then it is a ten minute walk west along Mile End Road. That is almost always the fastest option.
Stratford is fully step-free but Mile End and Stepney Green are not. For level access the whole way, take the Elizabeth line from Stratford to Whitechapel, which is step-free, and finish by bus along Mile End Road.

By bus
The 25 runs directly from Stratford along the A11 through Bow and Mile End, stopping close to the office. It is slower than the Central line but needs no changes.

Coming in from the east, the side streets on the north of Mile End Road past Stepney Green are the easiest place to look. Bays are chargeable during the day on most of them — check the plate on the nearest post.
